Well informed and updated with the market trends, prices, rules, regulations and bank process.
Clear communication between sellers, buyers and tenants.
Creating listings and attending viewings.
Negotiating and finding middle ground between buyers and sellers/tenants.
Following up with clients during and after deals.
Requirements
Real-estate sales and or rental experience in the UAE or abroad.
RERA certificate (If not we will assist)
Driver’s license
Fluency in English (Second language is an advantage)
Professional, honest and motivated attitude.
Team player with excellent work ethic
Smart business dress code
