Yes, we will request for a viewing to review all the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). We make an inventory list and share it with you at the end of the day. 

Should you find our services not meeting your expectations and choose to end the agreement, you must notify your Property Manager at least 30 days in advance. Please note that the management fee is non-refundable.

Our conventional plan spans 1 year. If you’re considering a shorter tenure, please contact us to explore custom packages.
